Our 1-year limited warranty covers manufacturing faults – things like leaking or broken caps, bottles that no longer insulate properly, or unexpected rattling noises. Please note: everyday wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or bumps, isn’t covered under this warranty.

A bit of condensation around the lid is completely normal. It happens because the lid is made from thermoplastic, which isn’t insulated like the bottle itself. Don’t worry – it doesn’t affect the temperature of your drink whether it's hot or cold.
